The schedule for rehearsals is as follows:
Tuesday January 23rd
Tuesday January 30
Thursday February 1
Rehearsals are at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg from 6:30-8:30. The buss for rehearsals will leave from the parking lot between the elementary and middle schools at 5:45
I ask that students arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for Bishop McDevitt. Please be in the parking lot with instruments and music at 5:30pm.
On the morning of the concert, February 3, we will be leaving the parking lot at 8:15am. Please be in the parking lot with instruments and music at 8am. There will NOT be a bus back to Hershey after the concert. Students must be picked up from the concert. The Concert begins at 1:30 and you are only asked to stay for the intermediate portion.
